Our Directors
William Wall
(49% Shareholder and CEO)
William Wall is the Operational Director of Meano Engineering and the visionary behind its growth in the Northern Cape. With a strong technical background in mechanical engineering and nearly two decades of hands-on experience in earthmoving plant management, he is known for his strategic leadership, problem-solving ability, and commitment to high operational standards.
William is passionate about developing people, building efficient systems, and delivering reliable engineering solutions that support mining operations across the region. His practical approach, strong work ethic, and focus on continuous improvement make him a respected leader within the industry.
Janoïse Eilers
(51% Shareholder and Financial Director)
Janoise Eilers is the Financial Director of Meano Engineering, bringing strong expertise in financial accountancy, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial oversight. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Financial Accountancy from North-West University, obtained in 2016, supported by solid experience across accounting, financial administration, and project finance.
Detail-driven and highly organised, Janoise oversees the company’s financial operations, reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and transparency across all financial processes. Her analytical mindset, strong ethical standards, and commitment to operational excellence make her an invaluable leader contributing to Meano Engineering’s growth and long-term stability.

Located in Kathu, Northern Cape, Meano Engineering operates from state-of-the-art workshop facilities designed to meet the demanding needs of the mining and engineering industries. With heavy-duty cranes, specialized workshops, and dedicated storage spaces, we are equipped to handle large-scale projects with precision, efficiency, and safety.

Suitable for large-scale fabrication, heavy equipment maintenance, and assembly projects
